These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wowphp ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the wowphp website located at https://wowphp.cam and all related services, games, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the wowphp platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wagering activity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or services offered on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

wowphp reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of wowphp following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the wowphp platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of wowphp or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be listed on any government-mandated exclusion list or have previously been excluded or banned from the wowphp platform.

wowphp conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license) to verify your age and identity before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the wowphp platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes. All activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility. You must notify wowphp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Do not allow others to access your account on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it periodically.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

wowphp reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it determines that eligibility requirements have not been met, that fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred, or that this Agreement has been breached in any material respect.

wowphp accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are detailed within the platform's cashier section. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. wowphp processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within the same business day. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

wowphp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit using payment instruments registered in your own name. Any deposits originating from third-party sources will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

wowphp is not responsible for delays in processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or regulatory compliance holds. Processing fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of transaction and are subject to change with prior notice.

wowphp may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry periods, which are disclosed at the time each promotion is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all wowphp promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• wowphp reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or abuse of promotional terms.
• Bonuses that remain unused for 30 days from the date of issuance may expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Bonus terms may be amended or promotions withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

All casino games offered on the wowphp platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and not subject to manipulation by any party. Game certification details are available on request.

Sports betting odds are set by wowphp's trading team and are subject to change without notice. Bets placed and confirmed prior to any odds change will stand at the odds accepted at time of bet placement, unless the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error.

wowphp reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted due to a manifest error, system fault, or odds that were clearly incorrect relative to fair market prices. Voided bets will have stakes returned to the player's account wallet. wowphp also reserves the right to suspend a market, void bets, or apply bet settlement rules in accordance with the specific rules for each sport or game type.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wowphp platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any use of fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments; chargeback fraud; or false identity claims.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or tournament formats.
• Arbitrage & Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions, free bets, or bonuses in a manner that violates promotional terms or is inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate gaming activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Hacking & Interference: Any attempt to access, alter, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, networks, or security systems.

All content on the wowphp platform — including but not limited to its design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks, and service marks — is the intellectual property of wowphp or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wowphp platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of wowphp.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wowphp, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers.

wowphp's total aggregate liability to any player under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While wowphp takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance windows, technical outages, or force majeure events.

wowphp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, as administered by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

By creating an account and using the wowphp platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, marketing communications (where consented), and platform analytics.

You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting our support team or adjusting your account notification preferences. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior data processing activities.

wowphp is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling practices across all of its platforms and services. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over any given period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. The platform will log you out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive on-screen reminders at regular intervals showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.

wowphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a notice displayed prominently on the platform. The date at the top of this page will reflect when the current version was last updated.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your wowphp account by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable regulatory holds.

wowphp reserves the right to terminate your account and this Agreement immediately if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) wowphp is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority; (c) wowphp reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your account; or (d) wowphp discontinues its operations in whole or in part.

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation or through wowphp's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the appropriate PAGCOR regulatory channels or Philippine courts having competent jurisdiction.
