Setting a Deposit Limit
Go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly. Enter your limit in PHP and confirm. Reductions apply instantly. Increases need 24 hours to take effect.
Setting a Loss Limit
Navigate to Account → Responsible Gaming → Loss Limits. Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing per day, week, or month. Once the limit is hit, real-money play pauses until the period resets.
Activating a Session Timer
Under Responsible Gaming → Session Limits, choose your maximum session duration. When the timer ends, you will be logged out automatically. You can set a new session next time you log in.
Requesting a Cool-Off or Self-Exclusion
Go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose your preferred period. For permanent exclusion, contact our support team directly. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the chosen period.
Enabling Reality Check Reminders
Under Responsible Gaming → Reality Check, set your preferred reminder interval. A pop-up will appear showing session time elapsed and your net result. Dismiss it to continue or log out from the prompt.
